Position Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Mammography Supervisor to lead our team of technologists in delivering high-quality breast imaging services. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and provide training and guidance to the mammography team. Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor a team of mammography technologists. Ensure proper patient positioning, quality imaging, and adherence to safety protocols. Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., MQSA, ACR accreditation). Assist with patient scheduling and workflow management. Collaborate with radiologists to review imaging results and ensure timely reporting. Provide ongoing training and development for staff. Maintain equipment functionality and troubleshoot issues as needed. Qualifications: ARRT required; Mammography certification required. 3+ years of mammography experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong knowledge of mammography imaging, equipment, and quality standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
