Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT)

Position: Respiratory Therapist Schedule: Full-time DAYS (7am-7pm) We are seeking a permanent licensed Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care in both critical and non-critical care settings. This role involves independent clinical decision-making, patient monitoring, and the administration of respiratory therapies in alignment with healthcare standards and departmental policies. This is a full-time DAY shift position: 7am-7pm. Key Responsibilities: Assess, implement, and evaluate respiratory care plans for diverse patient populations. Administer therapies including mechanical ventilation (invasive/non-invasive), oxygen therapy, nebulized medications, and chest physiotherapy. Respond to emergency situations including code blues and rapid response calls. Accurately document clinical information and verify physician orders in the electronic medical record system. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and communicate clearly with patients and families. Mentor new team members and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
