Job ID: 2600322 Job Description:Role Summary/PurposeThe VP, Enrollment Strategy & Product Enablement is responsible for defining and advancing the end-to-end enrollment growth strategy for the Health & Wellness platform. This role serves as the strategic owner of enrollment capability design, digital enablement, and modernization initiatives that accelerate provider growth, readiness, and long-term scalability. This leader partners across Sales, Marketing, Technology, Analytics, and Operations to translate enterprise growth priorities into a clear, executable enrollment roadmap. The role ensures alignment between strategic objectives and operational delivery while driving friction reduction, performance optimization, and cross-functional accountability. Operating at the intersection of strategy, product enablement, and business execution, this VP plays a critical role in shaping how enrollment capabilities evolve to meet the needs of a modern provider network.Essential ResponsibilitiesDefine and evolve the multi-year Enrollment Strategy and modernization roadmap aligned to Provider Growth objectives Own the design and enablement of digital and operational enrollment capabilities across the Health & Wellness platform Partner with Technology, Marketing, SFDC, Analytics, and Sales to identify capability gaps and develop scalable enrollment solutions Translate business growth priorities into product, workflow, and enablement requirements Leverage internal and external assessments (e.g., current state evaluations, modernization analyses) to identify friction points and define future-state requirements Develop compelling, data-driven business cases to influence prioritization and investment decisions across enterprise forums Serve as the strategic liaison between Go-To-Market teams and operational delivery partners Monitor enrollment performance metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement Lead highly visible, cross-functional initiatives from strategy development through execution support Drive stakeholder alignment, governance support, and change management across enrollment initiatives Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and performance insights to senior leadershipQualifications/RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience in Financial Services Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a commercial, operational, or customer-facing leadership role Demonstrated experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed environment Strong proficiency in the use of Salesforce CRM to drive account management and sales productivity. Expertise in process improvement, communication strategy, or operational workflows Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to travel up to 20% Desired Characteristics: Strategic thinker with strong business and operational acumen Proven ability to design scalable digital and process capabilities Strong collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills Comfortable operating in dynamic, evolving environments Ability to balance long-term strategic planning with near-term execution support Executive presence with ability to influence without direct authorityEligibility RequirementsYou must be 18 years or older You must have a high school diploma or equivalent You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles.Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post.All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations). Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
