Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

We have an urgent need for multiple CRNAs starting in November. The CRNAs must be willing to be credentialed at and work at all 4 locations. Must be willing share weeknight and weekend call. 8 hour shifts ONLY Monday-Friday & call weekday and Weekend. CRNAs will be cross-credentialed at all locations. Call coverage is required. facilities require ACLS and PALS and they must be AHA or American Red Cross. You must have an active AZ license. provider cannot be within 60 miles of the facility. Provider must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call. (No nights or call at Sahuarita) Must be certified by the NBCRNA with at least one year of experience. ACLS AND BLS are required. Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks TRAINING FOR BLOCKS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED, AND THEY MUST PROVIDE CASE LOGS OF BLOCKS PERFORMED. The presentation must explain any gaps in service, malpractice claims, or sanctions from a board of nursing.
