You're reliable, professional, and looking for a shop where you can grow and be proud of the work you do every day.What You'll DoDiagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues using advanced diagnostic tools (scan tools, oscilloscopes, pressure gauges, etc.).Perform a wide range of repairs , including engine work, transmission R&R, brake and suspension overhauls, steering systems, HVAC, exhaust, and electrical systems.Conduct preventive maintenance (oil services, fluid exchanges, belts, spark plugs, tire services, alignments) and multi-point inspections.Handle advanced electrical diagnostics , including CAN bus testing, module replacement, wiring repairs, and sensor troubleshooting.Collaborate with service advisors to clearly communicate findings, repair options, and build customer trust.Perform quality control checks and test drives before and after repairs to ensure all work meets safety and performance standards.Document all work thoroughly , including repair notes, flagged hours, and parts used.Complete occasional mobile service jobs , performing accurate on-site diagnostics and repairs with professionalism.Stay current with evolving technologies and best practices through ongoing paid training and certification opportunities.Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist in mentoring junior technicians when needed.
