Customer Support & Order Entry SpecialistLocation: Wentzville, MO 63385Shift: Day ShiftSchedule: M-F, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMPay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 90 days of employmentPosition Summary:The Customer Support & Order Entry Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers and supports the sales and production teams by accurately processing orders, managing account communication, and ensuring on-time delivery of pressure-sensitive label products. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What We Offer: Competitive pay Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates moving to the area $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days 401(k) with 5% Company Match Health, dental, vision, life insurance Stable, long-term employment opportunity Primary Responsibilities:Customer Service Serve as the main contact for assigned customer accounts via phone and email Respond promptly to inquiries regarding pricing, lead times, order status, artwork, and shipping Build strong customer relationships through professional and proactive communication Resolve customer concerns in coordination with sales, production, and quality teams Order Entry & Processing Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system based on quotes and specifications Review purchase orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, artwork requirements, and delivery terms Confirm order details, ship dates, and special instructions with customers Coordinate job changes, revisions, and repeat orders Monitor order progress to ensure production schedules and deadlines are met Production & Administrative Support Communicate job specifications clearly to prepress and production teams Assist with scheduling updates and expedite requests when necessary Maintain customer records, pricing files, and order documentation Support invoicing accuracy and assist with credit or return requests Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service process Required Qualifications: 4+ years of customer service or order entry experience in environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Attention to detail Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail Experience working with Label Traxx software Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting
