Job Description & Requirements Anesthesiology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 24;Weekend;On Call Pay Rate: $315.25 - $341.25This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.Details and requirements for this opportunity:· Call and requirements: OR call (4p-7a), OB call (7a-7a)· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC· Certifications required: Must have an Indiana Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) or transferable once accepted.· License required or accepting IMLC:Must be Board Certified in Anesthesia, must have an Indiana licenseFacility Location Lafayette is just s short drive north from Indianapolis and just across the river from West Lafayette, home of Purdue University.
