Position: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse Location: Houston, Texas Type: Permanent & Full-Time Schedule: Nights, added shift differential Requirements: Active RN Texas License or active multi-state compact RN license without stipulations or disciplinary actions BSN Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an acute care setting At least 1-1.5 years of Labor and Delivery experience Principal Accountabilities: Deliver safe and appropriate care to patients based on nursing skills and patient needs Coordinate nursing care planning with interdisciplinary team, make clinical decisions, and collaborate with healthcare team Coordinate treatment plans, develop/implement discharge and transfer plans Participate in program evaluation, process improvement, and client-centered outcomes Adhere to regulatory and Texas Board of Nursing standards Promote professional growth and development through continuing education and skills competency Other duties as assigned within scope of practice and clinical competency APPLY NOW!
