Full time RN Opportunity in Beautiful Santa Monica, CA!

We are partnering with a 24-hour rehabilitation center in beautiful Santa Monica to find an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team full-time on the 3:00 pm 11:00 pm shift, providing vital leadership and clinical support to staff and patients during the evening hours.ResponsibilitiesSupervise employees on the 3:00 pm 11:00 pm shift, including CNAs and LVNs.Administer IVs, injections, and handle patient admissions.Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations.Support and guide the care team to promote a positive, efficient work environment.Reporting & OversightThis position reports directly to the Director of Nursing.Candidates will interview with the DON.QualificationsActive RN license in California.Previous experience supervising clinical teams preferred.Strong clinical skills in IVs, injections, and admissions.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Additional BenefitsEligible for VSOP (Virtual Stock Option Plan), which means employees have the opportunity to become part-owners of the company if they stay and grow with the organization long termCompensation:To be discussed at time of interviewReady to make a difference in a supportive, patient-centered environment?
