Cytology Manager in Texas

I'm hiring for a Cytology Manager in Texas! There will be no screening, only processing. The Cytology Manager overseeing all operational aspects to maintain high standards in workflow, compliance, and quality assurance. As the person working just underneath the general supervisor, the manager will be managing 2-4 people and will need to know the entire processes of the lab; Accessioning to Processing, Receiving and all the day to day functions; sending specimens to SSF (learning/knowing this process); overseeing Archiving processes. They will also fill in on the bench as needed.
