You ll step into a perioperative leadership role overseeing Operating Room, Pre-Op, and Sterile Processing Department operations in a high-volume surgical environment averaging 25 cases per day. Partnering closely with the OR Director, you ll lead day-to-day operations, staff development, compliance readiness, and quality improvement initiatives. You ll practice in Ocala, Florida, a growing Central Florida community known for its equestrian heritage, expanding healthcare infrastructure, and convenient access to both Gainesville and Orlando.
