Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to support the Manufacturing Compliance Team based out of Everett or Renton, WAThis role is essential for driving excellence in our manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates will align with Boeing's Values and Behaviors, facilitate large group activities, and possess or be willing to develop expertise in manufacturing compliance. You will provide clear and consistent guidance on command media.If you are passionate about owning and improving manufacturing processes, we encourage you to apply and contribute to our mission of maintaining the highest standards of compliance and safety for BCA.Position Responsibilities:Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customersConducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteriaAnalyzes and interprets dataProvides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of riskWorks with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectivesWorks at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plansWorking with all BCA Factory, Fabrication, and Field programs on compliance plansAnalyze data to interpret trends and utilize predictive analysis to aid programs in implementing countermeasures to control FOD and improve tool controlLead workshops that will provide innovative ideas to aid in the elimination of FOD and improve tool controlPerform assessments on all BCA programs to ensure compliance to our enterprise standardsPartner with BCA programs and work with them to aid in developing executable get to green plans for FOD and tool controlWorks under general/minimal directionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment3+ years of project management experience3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or continuous improvement practices and tools in the workplace3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership3+ years of experience using Microsoft Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordAble to travel up to 10% of the time domesticallyThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
