Position Overview One of our Partners in Miami, FL, is seeking four experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for ongoing full-time coverage.This is a high-volume surgical environment within a Level I trauma facility (no trauma cases assigned for this role) offering consistent weekday hours with structured weekend coverage and no call requirements.Pay Ranking: Competitive mid-market compensation (approximately Top 40-50% nationally based on CRNA locum pay data) Assignment Highlights Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts)Minimum 20 shifts per month160+ hours monthlyWeekend Requirement: 2 weekend days per month (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; 12-hour shifts)No call responsibilitiesOngoing assignmentTemp/Expedited Privileges: 90 days (clean files only)EMR: EpicAverage Monthly Case Volume: 2,500Level I Trauma Facility (no trauma case assignments) Case Mix Majority Cases:General SurgeryNeuroGIAdditional Case Types:OB/GYNOutpatientOrthopedicsInterventional RadiologyRoboticsPediatricsUrologyVascular & Thoracic SurgeryCardiacNo trauma cases assigned.
