Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

The facility offers a dynamic practice environment with strong clinical support, advanced technology, and a collaborative team approach to patient care.Opportunity:Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - AnesthesiaJob Details:• Provide anesthesia services in an inpatient hospital setting• Deliver care across a wide range of surgical and procedural cases in a Level I Trauma Center• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams• Participate in scheduled night and weekend call coverage• Respond within 1 hour when on-call and provide services as needed (2-hour minimum callback)• Manage pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients intraoperatively• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management• Document all patient encounters in EPIC EMR• Maintain compliance with hospital credentialing and clinical standards• Two call shifts per 6-week schedule with weekend rotation coverage• Must be Board Certified CRNA with active Michigan RN License• ACLS and BLS certifications required• Minimum 1-2 years CRNA work experience required• Clean malpractice/license history required• DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start• $40,000 sign-on bonus includedCompensation:Employed salary with benefits.
