Qualifications Must possess or be eligible for AHA certifications.Current Virginia license required at submission.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.Experience in OB, thoracic, and Level 2 trauma is mandatory.Comfortable working with healthy pediatric patients. Working Hours 36-40 hours per week, with a blocked schedule of 3x12-hour shifts.Includes one call shift per 8-week schedule and occasional early-in at 7:00 AM.Weekend and holiday shifts as required, with potential for overtime. Skills Proficiency in administering and managing spinal and epidural anesthesia.Ability to work across multiple OR settings, including satellite and main hospital locations.Effective communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.Strong judgment in high-pressure situations and trauma cases.
