The role requires deep knowledge of data architecture, data modernization, AI, Gen AI, and Agentic AI, ideally with a background in power systems or electrical engineering.Opportunity Help clients achieve better business outcomes by delivering AI‑driven data platforms at scale.(height) Lead transformative technology projects, manage timelines and budgets, and build lasting client relationships.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and manage one or more processes, solutions, and projects focused on quality and effective risk management.Drive continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions through research, analysis, and best practices.Lead technical and non‑technical project teams in design and implementation of cutting‑edge technology solutions and infrastructure.Maintain specialist knowledge of program delivery methods, including Agile and Waterfall, to coach team members and propose solutions to technical constraints.Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing data‑strategic insights and establishing credibility with senior decision makers.Skills and Attributes for SuccessApplications integration, cloud computing architecture, and data architecture design.Data integration, data quality, and AI‑driven data operations.Experience delivering business use‑cases in transmission, distribution, generation, or customer domains.Strong relationship‑management and business‑development skills.Capacity to engage senior business leaders, collaborate cross‑functionally, and lead workshops and design sessions.Ability to design and implement modern data architectures for transactional, operational, analytical, and AI solutions.Leadership of global data architecture and engineering teams with a focus on mentorship and continuous improvement.Establishment of data governance policies, including security, quality, and lifecycle management.Knowledge of emerging technologies and recommendation of innovations that enhance capabilities.To Qualify For the RoleBachelor’s degree in STEM.12+ years professional consulting experience in industry or technology consulting.12+ years hands‑on experience designing or optimizing data lake solutions.5+ years experience with native cloud products such as Azure or GCP.8+ years mentoring and leading data‑architecture and engineering teams.Proficiency in data‑modelling techniques and architecture patterns such as Data Fabric, Data Mesh, Lakehouse, or Delta Lake.Experience designing end‑to‑end pipelines that collect, process, and deliver data reliably and efficiently.Hands‑on coding skills in Python, Java, or Scala.Experience with container lala Docker and DAMAGE Kubernetes for data workloads.Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and DevOps/DataOps practices.Practical understanding of data encryption, access control, and security best practices.Experience leading infrastructure and security architects in platform build.Excellent leadership, communication, and project‑management skills.Ideally You’ll Also HaveMaster’s degree in Electrical/Power Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning.Experience working at a Big 4 firm or a major utility.Experience with cloud data platformsedith like Databricks.Demonstrated mentorship and professional development leadership.A passion for innovation and strategic application of emerging technologies.Skill in fostering inclusive environments and empowering team members.Client‑trust, commercial astuteness, and impactful communication abilities.What We Offer YouComprehensive compensation and benefits package, with performance‑based rewards and recognitionдэгpetitive base salary ranges: US – $144,000 – $329,100; NYC/Hawaii/CA – $172,800 – $374,000.Medical, dental, pension, 401(k) and a wide range of paid time‑off options.Hybrid work model – 40–60% in‑person across engagement lengths.Flexible vacation policy allowing you to choose how much time off you need.Are You Ready to Shape Your Future with Confidence?
