Our commitment to excellence and creativity has placed us at the forefront of our field, and we are constantly seeking passionate talent eager to make a real difference in the world.To learn about our latest news, visit our blog:our website:Purpose AsChief of Staff , you will work closely with Kushki’s founders and leadership team to establish, strengthen, and optimize corporate governance, management, and decision-making processes that support the rapid expansion of payments across LATAM.The Chief of Staff will play a key role in ensuring operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives, acting as a facilitator between executive teams and the different areas of the company.Additionally, this role will be responsible for driving the execution of strategic initiatives, coordinating high-impact cross-functional projects, and ensuring that information flows clearly and timely—directly supporting the founders in prioritizing efforts and building an agile, strong organization prepared for sustained growth in the region.The Chief of Staff will oversee internal communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across the organization, and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating quarterly management meetings to support effective leadership alignment and decision-making.Key Responsibilities Process Analysis and ImprovementAnalyze current operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the successful implementation of changes that optimize operational efficiency and agility.KPI and Metrics DefinitionEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team and process performance, implementing tools to track progress in real time.Strategic Consulting for Department LeadersProvide ongoing recommendations and advisory support to department leaders to improve cross-functional collaboration and ensure each team’s strategic planning aligns with overall company objectives.OKR ManagementFacilitate the definition and tracking of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) across all areas, ensuring teams remain focused on the most relevant initiatives to achieve organizational goals.Improve and ensure smooth communication among key departments by facilitating meetings and forums for conflict resolution, strategic alignment, and information sharing.Project and Priority ManagementPrioritize, categorize, and coordinate key activities and projects, managing workflows and ensuring critical tasks are delivered on time and with quality.Goal Achievement MonitoringConduct periodic reviews of organizational goals and KPIs, ensuring teams remain focused on strategic objectives and adjusting direction when necessary.New Initiative Implementation FacilitationLead the implementation of new processes, projects, or initiatives, managing resources and timelines to ensure successful execution.Team Development and TrainingIdentify development and training needs across teams, supporting the creation of learning plans and ensuring employees are prepared to face new challenges and adapt to business anizational Change ManagementOversee and lead change management efforts, helping teams adapt to new ways of working, technologies, and processes that support company expansion and continuous improvement.Requirements10+ years of experience in strategic rolesExperience working in multi-country companies and managing diverse teamsExperience in fintech, payments companies, or similar industries (preferred)Advanced knowledge of KPI and OKR management and process analysisExperience in project management and operations optimizationStrong ability to work with leaders across different areas and facilitate strategic decision-makingHigh organizational skills and strong attention to detailAdvanced EnglishWhy Join Our Team?Opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where your voice is heardProfessional growth and career development in a fast-growing industryDirect contribution to our positive impact on the payments industryAtKushki , we care about you and your well-being.
