About the Role What You ll Do Provide clinical instruction, supervision, and evaluation for radiography students in hospital and outpatient imaging settings Demonstrate proper radiographic positioning, radiation safety, and imaging protocols Support students in developing critical thinking, patient care, and workflow efficiency Collaborate with program leadership to ensure curriculum alignment with ARRT and accreditation standards Maintain accurate student performance records and provide timely feedback Serve as a clinical resource for technologists and assist with onboarding when needed Promote a positive learning environment and uphold standards of care What We re Looking For ARRT (R) certification Delaware state license required (or willing to obtain) Minimum 2 years of clinical radiography experience; prior teaching or preceptor experience strongly preferred Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills Ability to model professionalism, patient centered care, and safe imaging practices Comfort working in a fast paced clinical environment with diverse learners Schedule & Setting Full time, onsite clinical instruction across Beebe Healthcare imaging departments Collaboration with faculty Stable, supportive environment with strong institutional backing Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement) Paid time off and paid holidays Professional development and continuing education support Sign on and Relocation bonuses may be available!
