Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a small, patient-centered, non-corporate primary care practice with additional clinical responsibilities at a nearby skilled nursing facility. This part-time (20 hours/week) role is ideal for an experienced provider seeking a consistent schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and a balanced pace of care.
