Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - San Francisco, CA Location: San Francisco, CA Job Type: Permanent jobWork Setting: On-siteSchedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Salary Range $145,000 $155,000 annually (DOE) Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care, continuity care, and acute care servicesServe as primary care provider for patients within scope of practiceCollaborate with physicians, APPs, and interdisciplinary care teamsSupport clinical coverage through Epic In Basket, including:Reviewing test resultsResponding to patient messagesProcessing medication refill requestsMentor and support new and incoming APPsProvide clinical guidance and oversight to APPs on patient care questionsImplement evidence-based medicine and adhere to national and internal clinical guidelinesUtilize the Electronic Health Record (EHR) to improve workflows, documentation, and complianceParticipate in clinical initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and care delivery Required Qualifications Active California Nurse Practitioner license5+ years of clinical experience, including 2+ years in Primary CareAbility to function independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilitiesExperience mentoring or precepting APPs strongly preferred Core Competencies & Values Patient-focused with a passion for improving healthcare experiencesComfortable taking initiative and adapting to changeAccountable, detail-oriented, and quality-drivenCompassionate, emotionally intelligent, and collaborativeStrong commitment to teamwork, transparency, and trust Physical & Work Environment Office-based clinical environmentSedentary work for most of the workdayCombination of in-office clinical work and desk-based EHR activities
