Key Responsibilities Provide advanced clinical care for patients undergoing bone marrow and stem cell transplantationManage hematologic and oncologic patient populationsPerform patient assessments, follow-ups, and treatment planningOrder and interpret diagnostic tests and imagingPrescribe medications and manage supportive careCollaborate with hematologists, oncologists, transplant physicians, nursing staff, and support teamsParticipate in patient education, survivorship care, and care coordinationSupport clinical research protocols when applicable Required Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner licenseNational Board Certification (ANCC / AANP)Proven experience in Hematology/OncologyBone Marrow Transplant (BMT) or Stem Cell Transplant experience requiredStrong knowledge of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and transplant protocolsExcellent communication and patient-care skills Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in academic medical centers or transplant-focused programsOncology certification (OCN or related) preferred but not requiredMaryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license Compensation & Benefits Competitive, market-based salaryComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceCME allowance and paid time offRetirement plans with employer contributionsFull malpractice insurance with tail coverageRelocation assistance (if applicable)
