We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groupsOur team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvementQualifications:Emergency Medicine experience requiredAuthorized to work in the United StatesScheduling:24 hours of physician coverage - 12-hour shifts20 hours of APP coverageKey Responsibilities:Provide coverage for Effingham Health System-a 25-Bed critical access hospital with a 12-bed ED seeing roughly 23,000 visits annuallyManage all aspects of community emergency medicine, collaborating closely with colleagues and consultantsAPPs see patients independently and have good support from physicians.
