Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) FloatOur client is a growing, non-profit healthcare organization focused on providing inclusive, high-quality care to underserved communities, with a strong emphasis on Behavioral Health, Primary Care, HIV care, and LGBTQ+ health. Services are delivered across multiple outpatient clinics in Kissimmee, Orlando, and Lakeland.Our client offers the following:$120,000-$135,000+ depending on experienceFull Benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental)401(k) with 3% match (immediate)2 weeks of PTO first yearOffice closed the last 2 weeks of the year6 Paid Holidays1 CME conference per year1-hour lunch daily$10,000 Relocation AllowanceNo on-callRequirements:Current, active, and unencumbered Florida PMHNP licenseExperience providing outpatient psychiatric careComfortable working as a float provider across multiple clinic locationsExperience working with HIV and LGBTQ+ populations preferredNew graduates consideredAbility to work onsite in an outpatient clinic settingSimple EMR: Tebra (CareCloud)Responsibilities:Provide high-quality outpatient psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care.Float between Kissimmee, Orlando, and Lakeland clinics based on organizational needs.Collaborate with primary care and behavioral health teams to deliver integrated care.Conduct patient assessments, diagnose psychiatric conditions, and develop treatment plans.Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with best practices.Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options.Coordinate referrals and continuity of care as needed.Document all patient care accurately and timely within the EMR.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational programs.Maintain compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and standards.Promote and uphold the mission, vision, and values of the organization.Additional Responsibilities may be required
