This is an exciting opportunity to work in a full-scope OB/GYN setting alongside a collaborative team of physicians and nurse practitioners. About the Role:Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM - 1:30 PMCall Schedule: Triage call one night per week and one weekend approximately every other monthPatient Focus: Full-scope women s health including gynecology and obstetrics careEMR System: Athena HealthcareTraining Available: Willing to train new graduatesSpanish-speaking: Helpful but not requiredQualifications:Preferred Experience: Prior experience in women s health, though new graduates are welcome to applyLicensure: Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of CaliforniaCompensation and Benefits:Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (dependent on experience)Bonus Structure: Competitive performance-based bonusesComprehensive Benefits:Health, dental, and life insuranceMatching 401k after one yearPaid Time Off (PTO)CME allowanceAdditional Information:This is a fun and collaborative team in a beautiful location.
