Psychiatric - Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Community Health PMHNP needed for a Direct Hire or Contract to Hire position in Southern NH Position Details: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 5-day schedule is strongly preferred but there is a possibility of 4 10-hour shifts per week. Call schedule is phone call only availability - 1 week out of every 4-6 weeks Seeing Adults ages 18+ with mental health diagnosis - some with co-occurring SUD issues. 8-12 patients per day depending on schedules Minimum 1 scheduled evaluation per day Weekly supervision and feedback from the CMO All sites are located within the same city in Southern NH Requirements: Minimum 1 year as a PMHNP Must be a PMHNP - FNP will not meet facility requirements Valid NH RN, APRN License, and DEA Benefits: Federal and State loan forgiveness programs Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Flexible Spending 10 Paid Holidays Extended Sick Leave Life/AD&D Insurance Long Term Disability Earned Time Off - 1st year (160 hrs) up to 240 hrs after 8 years 403 (b) Retirement Plan (5% match on day of hire) Mileage reiumbursement Tuition reuimbursement (5,000 per year after 1 year)
