Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care OpportunityLocation: Brattleboro, VermontDepartment: Brattleboro Family MedicinePosition Type: Permanent, Full-Time (1.0 FTE) SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM FTE: 1.0 (40 hours/week) Call Schedule: 1:11 Weekends: None Holidays: None COMPENSATION Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 Final compensation based on experience, education, internal equity, and market factors Provided in compliance with Vermont Act 155 PRACTICE SETTING Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Specialties Supported Across Group: Family Practice, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Cardiology, Orthopedics Post-Acute Care, Urology, General Surgery Support Staff: LPNs or Medical Assistants; clerical staff (PSRs, transcriptionists, pre-loaders) ROLE OVERVIEW Independently provides comprehensive primary care services within APRN scope Focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams Provides leadership, consultation, and patient/family education Maintains a safe, efficient, and cost-effective clinical environment Actively participates in ongoing professional development LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS (REQUIRED / PREFERRED) Education: Master's degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program Licensure: Active Vermont APRN license (required) Board Certification: Adult, Family, or Pediatric NP (national certification preferred/recognized by VT BON) Experience: Two years of RN experience prior to advanced degree preferred Certifications: CPR (Healthcare Provider) DEA license RECRUITER NOTERecruitWell can coordinate a phone call with you and the client to discuss details and next steps.
