We are seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) to help our growing group practice in Camp Wood, Texas.Role OverviewSchedule: have scheduled patients 1 day a weekProvide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term unitsConduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patientKey ResponsibilitiesPerform assessments and therapy sessionsCollaborate with facility staff to enhance patient careEnsure timely and accurate documentationRequirementsValid full license as either LPC or LMHCExperience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not requiredCompensation is fee for service (FFS).
