PERM POSITION ONLYJob Description: Location and Facilities you'll be working in: Grand Rapids, Michigan: 15-bed Level III NICUMuskegon, Michigan: 8-bed Level II Special Care NurseryProvide direct and indirect patient care to neonates in Level III and Level II NICUsCollaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, nurses, and therapistsParticipate in teaching and mentoring of junior providers and traineesDocument patient care and clinical activities in Epic EMREngage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as neededSupport community health programs related to neonatal care Maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications Relevant clinical experience preferred Board certified in specialty prior to employment is required with fellowship
