Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Urology (Outpatient) - Dixon, ILJob Type: Full-Time (Onsite)Practice Setting: Outpatient Urology ClinicSchedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM No Nights No Weekends No Call Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established outpatient urology practice in Dixon, Illinois. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive urologic care in a single-location clinic with strong physician support and structured training for urology-specific procedures.The ideal candidate is patient-focused, motivated to learn, and committed to delivering high-quality care in a collaborative outpatient environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation and management of common urologic conditions, including BPH, urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction, kidney stones, low testosterone, recurrent UTIs, and urologic cancer surveillance.Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide follow-up care in collaboration with supervising physicians.Perform office-based procedures and clinical interventions (training provided).Educate patients on treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and quality of care. Qualifications: Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited program.Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Illinois.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Interest in urology (prior experience not required).Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative physician oversight.Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
