Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Work Dates Needed: Sporadic dates between Feb - May Worksite Setting: Outpatient (The work is completed at the High School Gym - Additional directions on arrival will be given closer to each shift date) Scope of Work: Conducting sport physicals on middle to high school aged children. Physical Therapist and Orthopedic Surgeons are present to perform the musculoskeletal exams. Sports Medicine Physicians will be on-site to review and clears or fails the athlete based on our providers assessment. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX Medical License, must have experience seeing ages 11-18 years old. Attire: scrubs or business casual with white lab coat. Must have Stethoscope. Do NOT wear competitor logos. EMR: Paper charting Pay Rate: $65 an hour
