Ref #: A-RN-65593Join a home health team in New Lenox, IL for a contract/travel RN assignment. This daytime position starts ASAP, Monday-Friday with no weekend requirements. Shift: 8:00 AM-5:30 PM (8-hour day). Compensation: $2,224 per 40-hour week.Core responsibilities:Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting, completing assessments, care planning, and documentation.Conduct OASIS assessments and starts of care (strongly preferred).Deliver patient education, medication management, wound care, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.Maintain timely, accurate charting and communication with the agency and family.Required qualifications:Active Illinois RN license.Home health experience preferred; strong Med-Surg RN with some home health experience will be considered.OASIS and start-of-care experience strongly preferred.Current BLS certification.COVID-19 and influenza vaccination.Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.Ability to provide a copy of the agency's IL nursing license.If you meet these requirements and are ready to start promptly, apply using Ref #: A-RN-65593.
