RN job in Concord NH

Ref #: C-RN-We're seeking an experienced registered nurse for a local, contract (non-travel) assignment in Concord, NH. This is a 14-week position starting ASAP with an evening shift schedule: 03:00 PM-11:30 PM. Compensation is $1,668 per 40-hour week.Requirements:Current, active Registered Nurse license for the stateBLS certificationWhat you'll be doing:Deliver comprehensive nursing care-plan and implement treatments, administer medications, and collect specimens for testing.Perform ongoing patient assessments, intervene as needed, and document progress clearly in the medical record.Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support treatment plans, assist with procedures, and keep records up to date.Educate patients and families and record teaching and responses.Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment: monitor patient conduct, promote order, and address safety concerns.Take on other reasonable duties as assigned by management.If you're a licensed RN with solid clinical skills and a team-oriented attitude, this could be a great fit.
