Ref #: M-RN-294133Join a Progressive Care Unit team in Columbia, MO as a travel RN. This is a contract assignment starting ASAP with day shifts (7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.), 36-hour weeks, and a compensation of $2,182 per 36-hour pay period.What we're looking forActive RN license in the state where you'll be practicing.Clinical experience in progressive care, step-down, or critical care is preferred.Strong clinical judgment, organization, and clear communication skills.BLS required; ACLS strongly preferred.What you'll be doingClosely monitor patients and their vital signs, recognizing and responding to changes in condition.Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered.Escalate care when a patient's status changes and collaborate with providers for timely interventions.Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and ongoing health management.Accurately document all aspects of patient care and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.If you're a skilled RN who thrives in a step-down environment and wants a rewarding travel opportunity in Columbia, we'd love to hear from you.
