Ref #: C-PT-We're looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in Norristown, PA. This role starts ASAP with a regular schedule of 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.What you'll doEvaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient impairments and goals.Provide and document therapeutic interventions such as therapeutic exercise (aerobic, balance, coordination, strength, flexibility), functional training, manual therapy, airway clearance, wound/integumentary care, electrotherapeutic and mechanical modalities, and chronic disease management.Teach mobility skills, monitor patient progress and behavior, and perform routine re-examinations to adjust treatment plans as needed.Conduct home and community mobility/safety assessments and offer practical recommendations.Integrate health, wellness, and fall-prevention programming into patient care.Coordinate referrals to other disciplines or agencies when appropriate and participate in patient care/staffing conferences.Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, students, temporary licensees, and support staff, following state licensure and professional standards.Maintain timely clinical and billing documentation, adhere to department schedules, and attend required meetings.Order, maintain, and clean equipment; report repair needs and help create a safe environment by identifying and eliminating hazards.Deliver compassionate, high-quality service to patients and families.Other tasks as assigned by management.Who we're looking forCurrent Physical Therapy license in the practicing state(s) or documentation of eligibility to obtain licensure.Master's degree in Physical Therapy; OR Master's in a related field plus a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy; OR a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with at least 5 years of PT experience.Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.If you're a collaborative, patient-focused therapist who enjoys adapting care to individual needs and working with a multidisciplinary team, we'd love to hear from you.
