CO - NP shifts in Fort Collins - March 16-20

Client seeking Physician or Nurse Practitioner for March 16-20 at their Corporate Health clinic in Fort Collins, CO. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday, Wednesday & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and Tuesday & Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break.
