MN - FP contract position in Albert Lea - April 1-May ...

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting April 1-May 29 at their new Corporate Health clinic in Albert Lea, MN. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits including well woman care. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 8:00am-4:30pm and Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break. Clinic is also staffed with 2 Medical Assistants. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.
