Dental providers play a key role in improving overall health outcomes through patient-centered, team-based care. Schedule Monday: 8:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m.Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m.Thursday: 8:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.Friday: 8:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. Clinical Responsibilities Provide routine and emergency dental services, including diagnosis and development of treatment plansPerform general restorative procedures, crown and bridge work, removable prosthetics, uncomplicated endodontics, and minor oral surgeryInitiate and interpret radiographs and laboratory studiesAdminister and prescribe anesthetics and medications as appropriateRefer patients to specialty care within the organization or to external providers when neededSupervise Dental Assistants and Dental HygienistsConduct follow-up care to ensure continuity and quality of treatmentDeliver dental and oral health education to patients and familiesParticipate in reviewing clinic productivity, scheduling procedures, and establishing clinical guidelinesTeach and train patients and staff on illness prevention and oral health best practices About the Community Michigan City, IN Michigan City is a vibrant lakeside community in northwest Indiana, located along the southern shore of Lake Michigan.
