Position Overview: General Dentist needed in Laurel Springs, NJA full-time General Dentist with 4+ years of experience is needed in Laurel Springs.Practice Environment:Diverse payer mix, accepting all forms of insurance, with a high volume of Medicaid patientsEach office typically has 2-3 hygienists and a dental assistant for each doctor (or more)Dental Director onsite with a team of 1-4 other dentists, depending on office sizeSchedule:Monday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PMTuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMWednesday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PMThursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PMCompensation & Benefits:Guaranteed hourly rate for the first 90 days, or 30% of collections, whichever is higher. After 90 days, compensation transitions to collections only.
