General Dentist - Maternity Leave CoverageLocation: Chattanooga, TN Proxi Dental Staffing is seeking a General Dentist for four (4) months of maternity leave coverage starting late Oct/early Nov 2026. This opportunity is perfect for a compassionate and mission-driven provider who is looking to give back to an undeserved patient population. Position Details:Schedule: Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm; Friday from 8a-2p; Lunch from 12p-1p Patients: Sees all ages; treats ages 5+; 15-25 ppd Facilities: 4 operatories - 2 Production, 1 New Patient/Overflow, 1Hygiene Clinical Scope: Comprehensive general dentistry (full scope) - plan and provide care for majority under-served population They may complete treatment already planned by the regular provider or manage new patient needs that arise during coverage. Support Staff: 2 dental assistants, 1 dental hygienist, 3 front desk/admin/billing staff, Dental Clinic Practice Manager Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rates We're open to discussing pay based on your skills and qualifications for this role. Travel and lodging provided Qualifications: DDS/DMD from accredited program Clean background strongly preferred Not eligible for H1B sponsorship Minimum 3 years experience preferred Community Healthcare Experience preferred Medicare/Medicaid: Required CPR: BLS required Vaccinations/Immunizations: annual influenza; hepatitis B vaccine, titer, or documentation of refusal; COVID TBD.
