In this position, you will work closely with orthopedic surgeons to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with hand, joint, and sports-related conditions. Your expertise will help facilitate recovery and improve longstanding patient outcomes. The role involves a Monday through Friday schedule, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional coverage at Cumberland and Stonecrest locations, ensuring diverse clinical experiences and community engagement. Required Skills: Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantAccreditation and certification from relevant licensure bodiesStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills within orthopedic careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamFamiliarity with electronic health records (EHR) systemsNice to Have Skills: Experience with hand, joint, or sports medicine casesPrior experience in orthopedic or surgical settingsKnowledge of advanced orthopedic procedures and rehabilitation protocolsBilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populationsPreferred Education and Experience: Master s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant StudiesMinimum two years of clinical experience in orthopedic or surgical carePrior experience working within a hospital or outpatient clinic settingOther Requirements: Local candidates onlyWillingness to occasionally provide coverage at Cumberland and Stonecrest locationsCompliance with all state, federal, and local healthcare regulationsAbility to obtain and maintain relevant state licenses and certificationsTravel reimbursements and licensure/certification support when applicableThis is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with competitive pay, consistent weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a supportive team committed to your success.
