Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Coverage Needed Start Date: 04-01-2026 End Date: 05-29-2026 Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays- 7am - 4pm; Tuesdays & Thursdays- 8am - 5pm Clinical Details Focus on prevention, wellness, and maintenance of health in a clinic setting Evaluate, treat, and educate patients Develop treatment plans, perform testing, write prescriptions, and perform administrative procedures Support Staff: Collaborative work with medical staff, consultation, partnership, or referral as needed Worksite Setting: Clinic Scope of Work: Family Practice/Employee Health This is a 1:1 center EMR: Epic Requirements Education: Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university Experience: Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience Licensure: Active and unrestricted WI License Certifications: Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire, NPI & DEA, Current National Board Certification Bilingual Spanish a plus Proficient in Phlebotomy Must have working knowledge of practical nursing
