Pain Management Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as a Pain Management Consultant for long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). This role focuses on ensuring resident-centered, compliant pain management practices aligned with CMS F697 (Pain Management) F-Tag requirements.The NP will round on residents receiving pain management interventions, particularly those taking scheduled or PRN pain medications, to ensure treatment aligns with professional standards, each resident s comprehensive care plan, and their personal goals and preferences.This is a full-time, non-prescribing position. While routine prescribing is not required, the role may occasionally involve administering clinical pain interventions such as injections; therefore, prior experience with, or comfort performing, pain-related procedures is preferred.
