Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking acompassionate and skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborativeneonatal care team in Eastern West Virginia. This role focuses on providinghigh-quality, evidence-based care to neonatal patients in a hospital-basedsetting while working closely with neonatologists, nursing staff, andmultidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to neonates, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management Manage neonatal patients in collaboration with physicians and the care team Perform and assist with neonatal procedures within scope of practice Communicate effectively with families regarding patient status and care plans Document care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to clinical protocols Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program Current APRN licensure and NNP certification Active West Virginia license or ability to obtain BLS and NRP required (ACLS preferred, if applicable)
