Coverage Needed Start Date: April 3, 2026 End Date: July 3, 2026 Schedule: 40 hours per week, 4x10-hour shifts Clinical Details Patient Type: 100% Adult medicine Patients per Shift: 8-10 Support Staff: RNs, MA, COA Responsibilities: Independently evaluate patients, document plan of care, conduct new patient evaluations (benign and malignant hematology), manage chemotherapy toxicities EMR: Epic proficient Requirements Hematology/Oncology APRN Active CT license Board Certified (BC) ONS chemotherapy certification BLS, ACLS, DEA certifications Experience: Outpatient hematology experience preferred, chemotherapy prescribing experience (certification), experience with bone marrow biopsy
