In this role, you will work independently in our urgent care centers, managing a diverse range of cases for patients 6 months and older. Your expertise in procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, and ear irrigations will be essential. Proficiency with Epic EMR, excellent soft skills, and the ability to handle high patient volumes are critical to success. You will be supported by a dedicated team, including center managers, medical assistants, and supervising physicians, ensuring smooth operations and quality care delivery. Required Skills: Minimum 12 months of clinical experience treating adults and pediatricsCertifications: Board Certification (PA or NP), BLS, NC DEAProficiency in Epic EMR systemAbility to independently manage patient care in urgent settingsStrong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and support staffDemonstrated competence in minor procedures (I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigations)Ability to handle high-volume patient flowNice to Have Skills: Prior experience in urgent care or emergency medicineAdditional certifications relevant to urgent or emergency careBilingual abilitiesPreferred Education and Experience: Certification by NCCPA (PA) or appropriate NP certificationAt least 1 year of urgent care or emergency medicine experienceExperience working with pediatric and adult populations simultaneouslyOther Requirements: Willingness to work within a 60-mile radius of home residence at multiple locationsParticipation in mandatory EMR training and clinical screeningValid state licensure and credentialing requirements completed prior to onboardingNo travel reimbursement provided; mileage reimbursement availableThis opportunity offers competitive hourly pay at $1.00/hour, comprehensive medical benefits, weekly pay via direct deposit, and a rewarding referral bonus program.
