We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established outpatient internal medicine practice in Vienna, Virginia. This is a full-time, weekday-only opportunity offering work-life balance in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Position Overview The Outpatient Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to adult and geriatric patients in an ambulatory setting. This provider will evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care, patient education, and care coordination. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluationsDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditionsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansPrescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal regulationsProvide preventive care, health screenings, and patient educationCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate careMaintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Qualifications Active Virginia Nurse Practitioner licenseActive DEA licenseMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory/outpatient settingExperience in adult and geriatric primary care preferredStrong clinical judgment and communication skills Schedule Monday Friday8:00 AM 5:00 PMNo weekends
