This permanent, full-time opportunity operates in a hybrid in-person telehealth model, providing acute care services to an underserved urban population within a structured outpatient clinic setting. Position Details Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Role: NP Family Medicine Acute Care Setting: Outpatient Clinic In-Person Telemedicine Model Location: Highland Park, CA Schedule: Monday Friday Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Call: No nights or weekends Patient Volume: patients per day Start: Immediate openings Work Style: Team-Based EMR: Currently utilizing AmazingCharts; transitioning to NextGen in the coming months Practice Environment Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Serves underserved, low-income, uninsured, and indigent urban population Multiple outpatient clinic locations throughout Los Angeles County Acute care visits conducted via telemedicine while provider remains onsite Multidisciplinary care team environment Multi-specialty outpatient services available across network locations No inpatient responsibilities Candidate Requirements: Master of Science (M.S.)
