Nurse Practitioner / Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Level III NICU Ann Arbor, MISeeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative, physician-led Neonatology team in a Level III NICU. This is a permanent placement opportunity within a supportive, team-based environment. Both experienced providers and truly board-eligible new graduates are welcome to apply. Position Overview The provider will deliver comprehensive inpatient neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting, including:Neonatal assessments, daily rounds, and ongoing management of critically ill and premature infantsCollaboration with on-staff Neonatologists for care planning and managementParticipation in multidisciplinary roundsFamily education and counselingStabilization and management of high-risk newbornsDocumentation in Epic EMRThis is a structured, team-based model (not autonomous practice). Schedule Flexible full-time schedule consisting of 24-hour, 10-hour, and 8-hour shifts. Credentialing Timeline Approximately 3 4 months.
