What You ll Do: Provide comprehensive urgent and acute care for adult and pediatric patients (6 months and up) in high-volume settings.Perform minor procedures such as I&D, lac repair, and ear irrigation with precision.Independently manage a diverse patient panel using Epic EMR with modified training.Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality of care in a collaborative team environment.Handle up to approximately 40 patients daily, maintaining efficiency and professionalism.Complete credentialing, onboarding, and training to ensure compliance and excellent service delivery.Required Skills: At least 12 months of clinical experience in urgent or acute care settings.Proficiency with Epic EMR system.Board Certification (BC for PA, NCCPA for PA, NP Boards for Nurse Practitioners).Valid BLS certification, DEA license, and PA or NP licensure.Ability to see and treat all patients independently as the sole provider in the center.Excellent communication and soft skills to interact effectively with support staff and patients.Ability to pass clinical screening and participate in required EMR and onboarding training.Nice to Have Skills: Experience with procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, and ENT interventions.Prior experience in high-volume urgent care centers.Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.Preferred Education and Experience: For Physician Assistants: Completion of ARC-PA accredited program, NCCPA certification, 12+ months of acute or urgent care experience.For Nurse Practitioners: Family NP certification, 12+ months of urgent or primary care experience.Other Requirements: Ability to work at multiple clinic locations within a 60-mile radius of residence.Participate in scheduled Wednesday training and onboarding sessions.Must be available to start on or around 01/21/2026.No travel reimbursement; support only provided for mileage.Strong emphasis on compliance with credentialing and licensing standards.This is your chance to join a dedicated and supportive team committed to excellence in urgent care delivery.
