Primary Care Advanced Practice ProviderNurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)Greater Sacramento Area, CA (Multiple Locations)Compensation: $131,000 $170,000 annually (based on experience)Full-Time Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 4-Day (10-Hour) ScheduleWe are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a large, mission-driven community health organization serving diverse and underserved populations throughout the Greater Sacramento region.
